Very Modern
This app is so easy to navigate! It’s so simple to use! It’s so much easier to rearrange my finances quickly and efficiently now. It’s also very convenient that you can reach FCB’s Customer Service through the app itself if you’re experiencing any issues. 10/10 would recommend using this!

Love This New App!!
Been waiting for the release of this app, and now my mobile banking is so much easier!! Easy account access, bill pay, customer service chat if you have any questions - they’ve got it all! I love my local community bank, this is an awesome app for my banking needs.

Improved App
This new app is a big improvement over the previous app. Not only is it branded specifically for First Community Bank so I know it is really my bank, it is also so much more user friendly. It’s much easier to find what I am looking for. I can see my accounts, recent transactions, bill pay, transfers and so much more just on the opening page. Instead of searching in drop down menus, one touch and I get what I need. I can even easily send a message to the bank if I need to as it shows up in multiple places on the app instead of searching all over a site trying to find a phone number.

Setting a new standard
I have a handful of different bank apps and this app beats them all so far. Its really easy to use. Also the ability to send messages to my bank through the app (and get a timely response) and have access to documents through it is awesome and not seen elsewhere as far as I know.

As a patron of other banks as well as First Community, I have had the opportunity to see many different financial institutions apps and service styles. I was so glad to have First Community’s personal aspect as a customer, but now I feel First Community is also just as far ahead as other banks when it comes to an online representation!

I really liked that you kept me informed about the new app, when it would be available and assured me that all my settings would move over.
