Slow and clunky
This app is poorly designed and hard to navigate. Sits and spins constantly with every tap. It’s not easy to find what’s needed and when you do it’s like, hmm why in the world is it there? lol.

Just when you thought it couldn’t take any longer to log in…
Dated is fine, but the performance has gotten so slow. Especially logging in.
Horrible
I hate how this app always messes up the Face ID. It has happened to me 2 different times now. And when I try to get into my account it says my information is incorrect.
Absolutely Horrible
Has never been good, buggy, freezes, etc. put off writing this for years until my frustration once again this morning trying to pay a bill.

Not User Friendly
I turned on Face ID for the app, yet it STILL makes me enter answers to 2 security questions every single time I sign in. What is the point of that? Facial recognition means I have been 100% validated to be me. So dumb.

Is this 1994?
Just opened an account and downloaded the app. It’s like stepping back in time. Every time I log in I have to answer two security questions...EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not to mention the app doesn’t save my password. Not even worth reviewing the lack of functionality and UX.
Check deposit faulty
I basically only have this app for the check deposit which worked well with the previous app. Now with new updated app it is rare if a check will deposit. Annoying because we don't have a nearby branch and no other way to deposit checks.
