Easy to use
The FCN app is so easy to use. Everything about it is easy transferring money, putting money in taking money out I mean it’s I don’t see any other changes for the app whoever’s come up with. Has done a fantastic job.
Mobil deposit
The mobile deposit isn’t that great sometimes it takes all weekend for my check to deposit. It’s ok in a pinch but not after hours or on a weekend.
Quick & Easy
Easy to use and laid out thoughtfully
App is lagging
A once quick, and responsive app is now lagging and failing to update pending charges as quickly as it once did. This has caused a lot of confusion with where money is and what my balance may actually be. The app used to update pending charges within moments. Now when attempting to instantly transfer money from CashApp- the FCN bank app doesn’t update to reflect an incoming amount. It used to be instant. Really disappointing. I’ve waited an entire weekend before any transactions appeared.

Can’t reset password
Pray you never have to reset your password because it never works, and it will tell you that your phone number and ssn aren’t actually yours.
