Terrible app. All it has to do is post a meal schedule and fails at that. Rarely loads and displays the meals. Garbage app
Good, but why is the sign SO LONG?!
I gave it a 4 because it is easy for me to tell what is for lunch at school, but when I first signed up it took the whole ride to my school! Other then that I really like it.
EDIT: Ok, Now there is another problem. When I went into the app, it said there would be an update the next day. I was kind of excited to see all the new features. The next day, there was nothing new. I waited the next day and there was still nothing. I checked the App Store and it wasn’t helpful. To slow on the update!

Not user friendly at all
We just want to see the lunch menu. Why do we need 199 steps for this?
Does not work
I follow all the steps and it does not work. This should be stress free but instead, lot of unnecessary steps. Still can’t place a order or select the food I want for my daughter. I am frustrated with this app.

Why in gods name do I have to click on the meal and then click “show menu”?? Just SHOW ME THE MENU. Why else would I be clicking on it, guys?

Truly the worst app I’ve ever used
All week it’s just been spinning and doesn’t work. When it does: So many steps to see the menu. Have to create a profile for each kid to see their schools. Have to be logged in and it constantly logs you out. Why do I have to click through a guided tutorial on the app every single time I use it?? How they made something so overly complicated and poorly performing is beyond me.

Not functional
Can’t get menu to load - immediately crashes. Not functional and from older reviews it looks like this isn’t being fixed.

Completely bricked when opening my schools menu. Black screen, nothing loading.
No cancellation option and No support over call as well
They should provide a cancellation option or a phone number to call.
Frustrating app
Don’t waste your time navigating through this app, its very poorly designed. Lots of issues and unable to find payment option.
Useless
I feel I’ve wasted an hour of my time hopping between their app and website trying to figure out to set up a PAYMENT plan so that my child can actual pay for his lunch. I’m sending in cash with him. Public school- state law- they have to feed him, right??? Especially since he has type 1 diabetes. The app is user friendly but indicates NOWHERE on how to pay for food. Cash is king!

Oh Snap
This App works about 1 day a week. Every other day it says Oh Snap No Menu Available. Why bother?
No menu available
It was working just fine, but starting last week it says “Oh, snap! No menu available.” Pretty useless.
Not helpful
Thought this app would help with planning lunches for the week and prepaying for them. Can’t seem to find that option even if there is one. With that said when came to starting profile, at the allergen section I chose that option but nothing came up for choosing one or even typing in one. Crap app, and not helpful or useful!

This app has tools to help its users avoid certain allergens without providing full ingredient lists. This is very dangerous for those of us with obscure allergies and severe food intolerances.
