This app is horrible. It’s much better to just access the website from a browser, but that method doesn’t allow for mobile check deposit.

I love having access to my account! This has been a convenient way for me to stay up to date with my direct deposits and withdrawals.
Doesn’t work
I have more issues with this app than any other app I use. It keeps saying error when I type in my password. I used it yesterday and was able to get in. I know my username and password are correct and I’m worried if my account was hacked or if it just doesn’t work. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it but still doesn’t work. I think it’s time to just a delete it for good.

No stars! Can’t log in/sign up!
This app is a waste! Does anyone else have this issue?? I’ve tried to sign up several times and get nowhere! Ugh! I’m tired of having to call to get my balance and I don’t want to wait in line just for a balance! Ridiculous!
no email or text
never sends my code to my email or number so i can never access my acct
Needs work
Appears to start from a website screen, rather than a proper app login screen. Trying to update almost anything in an account took one back to that web screen, and an error message when trying to click to go back into mobile banking.
New App is terrible on iPhone
Increases the text size and 1/2 of your account information is not visible because it won’t fit on the screen. Not very useful!
