Error

Doesn’t work. I get an error every time. No way to cancel free trial.

Sorry about this. That version had a bug that caused an error on every scan, and it has been fixed in the latest update. On the trial: subscriptions are managed by Apple, so you can cancel anytime under Settings, your name, Subscriptions, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you were charged for an app that didn't work, write to us through the support link on our App Store page and we'll help you sort it out.

Wont work

I was excited about this app but we couldn’t even get it to take a pic. We kept getting an error message with each picture we tried to take.

You were right to be frustrated. The camera was throwing an error on every shot in that version. It was a bug on our end and it has been fixed in the current update. Sorry you got the broken build. If you update and it still misbehaves, contact us through the support link on our App Store page and we'll sort it out directly.

Not good

App didn’t work at all, tried many feathers and it was very wrong each time. Also the app is far more expensive then it should be

Sorry about this. That version had a bug that broke image processing, which is why the results were so far off. It has been fixed in the current update and accuracy is much better now. I tried this out on 10 different feathers, and it identified 1 correctly.

1 out of 10 is unacceptable, and we're sorry. That version had a broken image pipeline, so the model was often working from corrupted uploads, which explains results that bad. It has been fixed and identification accuracy has improved a lot since. We'd appreciate a second chance, and if a feather still gets misidentified, send it to us through the support link on our App Store page so we can improve the model.
