I downloaded the app and it won’t even open. The app sounds great, if I could only get into it.

Very poor app.

I have tried several fasting apps and this is far away the worse app I have tried. There is no free trial period, so no way of knowing how good it is. I strongly recommend people steer well clear.

Save your money

Basically sends you a reminder of when you can eat and when to stop each day and stopped sending reminders after a month. Signed up for a year and wish I could get a full refund. Total waste of money.

1/9/3021 Contacted company with issue and provided same info 3X. Despite stating they would provide a refund on their app page, company did not give me a refund and app that was purchased for $38.55 NO LONGER WORKS.

Buyers beware!!

Didn’t look into it. It’s a timer

I thought it might predict weight loss, predict a date to goal, provide some encouragement, but no. IT IS JUST A TIMER! Worth about $3.99 a year.
I wish I knew how to cancel it. Very disappointing!!

If you let it, it will help you build a routine to lose weight without any major restrictions. Furthermore, there is a large catalog of articles and lessons about natural fasting and nutrition. With the daily quiz you can prove your knowledge about these areas. In addition, the app is currently being massively expanded and many functions will be added soon. If you are still not satisfied, you can cancel your membership at any time via your Apple ID or get your money refunded. We wish you all the best!

It’s rubbish! All it consists of us a click telling you when to fast. An alarm click can do that!! I paid £38 for a year’s subscription...I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this app.

It’s just a timer

For the money you can do just as well for free on your iPhone. Way overpriced at $39.99 for the year! You get nothing else but a timer. There are so many other good ones out there with actual plans to them.

Thank you very much for your review, in fact you were one of the first customers. Since then we have been improving the app and have added many new features. For example, we now have an entire tab that explains the scientific knowledge behind intermittent fasting. The app also shows which phases your body goes through while you were fasting. So you know exactly when you are most productive or burn fat cells. Since a membership is purchased through Apple, it can be cancelled at any time and the money can be refunded.
