My account was created in store years ago and they spelled my name wrong. Thousands of thousands dollars later and I get annoyed every single time I open this app and see my name on my account with no way to change it. Also no way to change the email. Itโs 2026 get it tf together

They rather ship you the wrong size then say they donโt have it. Got a small jacket in a medium mystery box (Do not buy a mystery box anyways, itโs ugly clearance stuff.) and an XL hoodie when I ordered a large.
FIX YOUR RAFFLE SYSTEM
The raffle system for upcoming releases needs to be fixed immediately. Iโve entered a raffle for the Jordan 5 Grape twice because each time I enter the app my raffle entry is completely gone as if I never entered.
App doesnโt work
Tons of issues with the app. It doesnโt show and results when searching and when you try to sort products, they all disappear

Good deals but app is slow and buggy at times.
Poor customer service
I would rate this new stars if I had the option poor. Iโve spent thousands of dollars shopping from their online store and they do not acknowledge price adjustment. Their response was something like we cannot give you a discount before the item goes on sale. How would that even be possible to give someone a discount before an item goes on sale they literally do not care. They lost a loyal customer and everyone that I recommended to them I will tell them I have been speaking to them telling them not to purchase from this site anymore

App Buggy
The app has become extremely buggy and barely usable. I hope they see the comments and work on fixing the interface to make it such a smooth experience.

The interface was better and easier to navigate in the previous iteration.
