Will not open
The app will no longer open. Disappointed because the app was really convenient and easy to use prior to the last update.

Crash
App doesn’t even work anymore. It’ll open, and then immediately crashes. No point in even having it anymore because you have to find the website, login, and pay that way. What’s the point?

Same complaint as the other longtime user but after the last update the app closes as soon as it opens

I’ve had the app since about 2018. Out of the blue last month, it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same issues occur.
It gives off a notification, I go to check it and the app opens and then closes right back. I haven’t been able to post my bill via app since or find this “notification”.

Face Recognition
App does not load when using face recognition. I believe that a second screen loads that is asking for an ok before loading app that prevents face recognition to work properly.
