Cannot use the app after recent iOS update
Fedcorp not opening in ios 26.6
Whenever I try to open the FedCorp App, ! receive the following error message:
"Your device appears to have elevated privileges (root access). For your safety, the app can't run on this device. Please exit from the app. err (XX203)"
I would like to clarify that my iPhone is running the official stable public release of ios 26.6 and is not a beta version. My device has not been jailbroken or modified in any way.
I am also using several other banking applications, including the Federal Bank mobile banking app, and all of them are functioning normally on the same device without any issues. This indicates that the problem is specific to the FedCorp App.
I have already contacted my branch and submitted a complaint through email regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced problems with the FedCorp App following an iOS update.
I am a Federal Bank Current Account holder, and I depend on the FedCorp App for my day-to-day business transactions. Due to this issue, my daily business operations are being severely affected, causing inconvenience and financial disruption.
I kindly request your technical team to investigate this issue on priority and provide a resolution or an updated version of the FedCorp App that is fully compatible with iOs 26.6.
I would appreciate your prompt response and do the needful .
Complaint Regarding FedCorp App Issue I have been using Federal Bank’s FedCorp banking services for
I have been using Federal Bank’s FedCorp banking services for my company’s business transactions. I am currently using an iPhone 17, but the FedCorp application is still showing an error stating that the device has “elevated privileges/root access” and therefore the app cannot run on the device.
This is seriously affecting my company’s day-to-day banking and business transactions. I have already tried to resolve the issue, but the problem still persists.
I am willing to wait two more days for Federal Bank to provide a proper solution and resolve this issue permanently. If the issue is not resolved within this time, I will have to seriously consider moving my company’s banking operations from Federal Bank to another bank.
I request you to treat this as a serious complaint and provide a proper technical solution at the earliest.
Very frustrating experience with FedCorp
FedCorp is currently not working on my iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 26.6. The app displays:
“Your device appears to have elevated privileges (root access). For your safety, the app can’t run on this device. ERR(XX203)”
My iPhone is not jailbroken or rooted, yet the app is incorrectly detecting root access and completely preventing me from using my banking app.
This is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for a banking application. Please fix this compatibility/security-detection issue urgently and release an update that works properly with iOS 26.6.
Federal Bank, please address ERR(XX203 immediately. Customers should not be locked out of their banking services because of a false security detection.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Experience
On my iPhone 17 Pro Max, the app repeatedly shows:
“Your device appears to have elevated privilege (root access). For your safety the app cannot run on this device.”
My iPhone is not jailbroken or modified, yet the app blocks access to mobile banking.
The current account transaction facilities are very limited, and the app lacks modern banking features and a user-friendly interface.
For a modern business banking customer, FedCorp feels outdated, inconvenient and unreliable.
Federal Bank should urgently fix the false security detection and introduce modern, faster and feature-rich business banking facilities.
Very Poor App. Needs a major upgrade. 👎👎👎
Not working app in iPhone
I have already tried restarting the phone and updating/reinstalling the application, but the issue is still not resolved.
Please check whether the latest iOS version is compatible with the FedCorp application and provide an immediate solution, as I need access to my banking services urgently.
Please treat this as a priority and let me know the required steps to resolve the issue.

App not working after update to 26.6
Unprofessional Error update
“Your device appears to have elevated privileges (root access)! For your safety can’t run this app…”
On an iPhone 16 running iOS 26.6, this message is confusing because the device is not jailbroken. If the app is blocking access due to a specific installed application or security policy, it should clearly identify which app is causing the issue and explain how to resolve it.
Many other banking and secure applications provide a clear reason for the restriction by naming the specific app or condition that triggered the security check. Displaying a generic “root access” message gives users no practical way to fix the problem and creates unnecessary confusion.
Please improve the error handling by providing accurate detection and a clear, actionable error message instead of a generic warning.

Extremely disappointing experience. The app stopped working completely after the iOS 26.6 update. As a business user, I rely on this app every day, and this issue has affected my operations. Waiting up to 10 days for a fix is unacceptable for a corporate banking application. Federal Bank should treat such issues with the highest priority and release a fix immediately.

Whenever I try to open the FedCorp App, I receive the following error:

I would like to clarify that iOS 26.6 is a stable public release and not a beta version. I am also using several other banking applications, including the Federal Bank regular banking app, and all of them are working normally on the same iPhone without any issues.
I have already contacted my branch and raised a complaint through email regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced problems with the FedCorp App after an iOS update.
It appears that the app's security or backend compatibility needs to be reviewed and updated to properly support the latest iOS version. A false detection of “root access” on a normal, non-jailbroken iPhone is preventing me from accessing the application.
This issue is having a significant impact on my business and daily banking activities. Banking applications should be tested and made compatible with officially released iOS updates before or immediately after the update becomes available.
I kindly request the FedCorp technical/backend team to investigate error XX203 urgently, release a compatible app update, and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Please treat this as a priority issue, as it is directly affecting business operations.

Urgently release an update!!
Yesterday I updated my phone to the latest stable iOS version (26.6) and ever since, the app shows “Your device appears to have elevated privileges (root access). For your safety, this app can’t run on this device.” err(XX203). I have many transactions to make using UPI from this app and I can’t even access it after updating. Please resolve this issue immediately. 🙏

App is not working
Response from developer
"Dear Customer, For security reasons, FedCorp will not function on devices where any remote support application is installed or detected. In addition to AnyDesk, this includes apps such as Zoho Assist, Splashtop SOS, ManageEngine MDM, ISL Light, GoTo Resolve, TeamViewer QuickSupport, and Getscreen.me. These applications can enable third-party access to your device, which may pose a security risk. As a precaution, FedCorp will not function if any of these apps are detected. We recommend uninstalling such apps while using FedCorp to ensure uninterrupted and secure banking. Your safety remains our top priority."
