One of the best fitness and weight control apps around!

This is literally one of the best apps I have come across for watching your calorie intake, water intake and exercises. But it gets even better, how about being able to buy your supplements and vitamins from the same app you track all the above from. On this app you can!!! And it’s awesome!! All the supplements are made in America! And the best part about this whole app is little message button that allows you to actually talk to the creator of the app and not a robot. I highly highly recommend this.

Since starting the feed the beast programs, I have dropped 30lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of raw muscle. Having all of the workouts and all of the nutrition information in 1 solid reliable location has been a blessing. Educating yourself about nutrition and exercise can be confusing and frustrating, but the feed the beast apps provides me with the tools I needed to crush my goals. Thank you feed the beast team for helping me understanding the basics of nutrition, thank you for educating me on the fundamentals of working out and most of all thank you for helping me re gain my self esteem and confidence. 10/10 recommend this to anyone on the fence about it. Money well spent.
