Not as good a teacher as Duolingo
I don’t want notifications but the game is really pushy!!! I think it would be nice to cycle through at least ten countries even if I don’t get any of them right because one might stick for the next round. Look at what Duolingo is doing in terms of repetition and time out... there’s a fine balance between the two in order to optimize the learning experience. The interface itself is not the most user friendly, but i love the fact that you can learn capitals, flags, and geographical location at the same time! Not sure if the stereotypical photo montages are useful at all, they are a too cliché and their layouts feel very random- there should be at least a structure like monument or architecture on the top left, dish top right, traditional costumes bottom left, a famous artist or scientist bottom right, or currencies, or postal stamps, or historical political leaders top five languages (if applicable)... rather then just pictures of street lamps and flamingos which can be very biased like eskimos for Canada when there are hundreds of different bands throughout the country... but I honestly think it makes the game too «noisy» anyways and you would definitely get away without the scrapbooking.

Love it with minor glitch
This app is really great at reinforcing the capitals I already know and offering only a few new ones at a time. My only minor complaint is that it seems to kick me out early as soon as I get one wrong. I don’t understand why it does that. It my notification says I have 20 capitals and I’m get #5 wrong it will just end. I have to go back on and mark it as right in order to continue playing. Other than that glitch, I am very happy with this app.
