Love Feedr as a perk - such a great way to enjoy food as a team compared to Deliveroo etc.

Unreliable
Doesn’t work half the bloody time, with raw JavaScript errors that bubble up as bright red text in the UI - hilarious 😂
Can no longer log in
Pathetic QA by the Feedr dev team. C’mon folks, do better pls.
Great on a go app!
I normally order my lunch while travelling to road, this app is very handy, easy to use, works 100%.
Better than alternatives
Never disappointed with food from Feedr, honestly don’t know how I lived without it.
Such a pain
This app keeps logging me out. It then refuses to let me sign in, even if I reset my password. The page doesn’t give me an error it just resets and returns to the log in screen. This is the second time this has happened - I had to uninstall it completely the first time to get it working, although now even this has changed. I wish my work catering would change apps!

I order whilst commuting, a great distraction
Love the app, really intuitive. I place my orders for the upcoming week on my way to work each Monday. I can easily edit or cancel any orders on the app. 10/10 from me
Limited and non-existent customer service
Imagine a situation where you are in the office and order food hours in advance and are given a mandatory 30 minute delivery window. Then imagine that the food doesn’t arrive and you have (a) no way of tracking where it is, (b) no way to contact the restaurant and (c) a (Russian-roulette style of “live chat” replies - maybe you’ll get noticed but who knows?). Couple that with the extremely limited menu offering and somewhere else to get to yet you have no choice but to wait IF you’ll ever hear from the restaurant or the laughable “customer service”. Welcome to Feedr. Don’t even bother wasting data to download this.

App as bad as the website
Website forever loading. App, cannot login. Please just send me an email survey or even pen and paper to order instead!! Lol just wow.
Useless
I work for one of the biggest investment banks and my firm has switched to this system for overtime meals. When I try to log on to the app it sends you an email to click on (no password, just a link) which cannot be opened via my firm’s secure Webmail app. Totally useless as I can’t log on. I also find the concept annoying, limited and the design of the website too crowded.
