What really stood out, however, was the poor customer service. When I reached out for help regarding the issues I was facing, the responses were slow and unhelpful. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, which added to my frustration. Overall, I would not recommend the Froud app due to its technical issues and lack of effective customer support.
