No virtual try on
Am surprised that a dedicated app doesn’t have the virtual try on, when the website does. Deleted the app as the browser web page has more features.
Price is better on feel good website - why use the app then??

Today, I thought the price was a bit higher than usual so I went online and checked. Feelgood contacts had better prices on their own website than in the app! How is that possible? Why?
I ordered the lenses on the feelgood website using the same existing account and saved £20.

Scammers
Don’t order they don’t post your order, my order was posted to a complete different location, I was told to take it up with Royal Mail. Royal Mail told me the company had to contact them, I’ve just been going round in circles, I’ve lost a lot of money and not received anything
Now using Evri to deliver - hopeless
Was a really great service with next day delivery with Royal Mail. Now use Evri and delivery seems to take 3-4 days and obviously Evri is hopeless and never deliver when they are supposed to, claim they have delivered when they haven’t, leave parcels on your doorstep to get stolen etc.
Rather pointless I would say.
App is very pretty and easy to navigate but apparently doesn't reflect live stock values meaning this company can take your money and not deliver as promised. What's the point?

Mobile app refuses discount
Tried applying 5% discount code that company emailed to me. But although discount accepted it refuses to let me check out, saying discount code does not work on their app!
Affordable contact lenses
I loved the contact lenses they fit perfectly and they’re rlly affordable, they also came with some haribo sweets which is really cute! Will be purchasing very soon !!
Delivery option
I’m trying to place an app but there is no delivery option and it isn’t letting me place an order. Very frustrating

I got caught off guard had no lenses glasses broke ordered Saturday day time bout 4pm by Monday morning 12:30am I had my lenses they distributed on the Sunday legends!
Far too many notifications.

Service has always been good, but app Black Friday notifications mean I am now going elsewhere
The app is fine, backed by what was good service, but for the past few days I have had several notifications a day from the app about Black Friday sales.
They are relentless and I do not expect them as I have declined all marketing comms.
I spoke to customer service about it twice, but they were unconcerned. A promised call back did not eventuate. In the end I have asked for my account to be deleted and I will go elsewhere.

Terrific service.
Staying on the coast in our caravan in NI, no spares contact lenses. Googled and found this firm. Ordered a box of monthly contact lenses and they arrived early morning the second day of placing the order. I am more than pleased with such speedy and efficient delivery.

Pretty poor but the website is worse
I only loaded the app because the website was rendering so badly on my iPad and I simply couldn’t adjust my prescription. I can only think the same people built the app because it didn’t work properly either. For example, I paid by PayPal and just got left on some holding page saying don’t press F5 and there was nowhere to go but hit the back button which left me back on the “proceed to payment” page. I heard my email ping so I saw the order had been placed but really? If you’re a web ordering service, it’s a good idea to have a website or app that works! I’m a genius, obviously ;)

Keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing after last update. Please resolve
Good app with major issues
Issues are that the app doesn't fit an iPhone X screen in chat or on the my account screen. In chat, it's too large and you can't see what you typed above and the chat window below, no matter how much you scroll up, until the chat has ended. Pointless. On the my account screen, the log out button is half off the bottom of the page and you can't see the whole thing. It has to do with the fact that my text size is bigger than the normal text size in the middle, but it should still be scrollable. Ironic given this is an app for a contact lens provider 🤣

Brilliant
The app is great, so easy to use. But I have to say the service is second to none. So cheap, and next day delivery is so good! Boxes fit through letterbox so you don’t need to be around to collect. I just opened my order to find free Haribo sweets! 😊
Ruined by update.
I updated this morning and now it keeps crashing! Useless.
