Not a great app

This app is time consuming and not user friendly at all. I would like a refund.

Length seems accurate can’t measure width

Main reason I got the app was to measure foot width but doesn’t seem to be able to do it. Has the guides for width but unable to adjust them.

The worst

I really never bother to write reviews but this app is so bad it is upsetting. I can’t believe anyone would come up with this horrible idea and think it is a good one. Shame on Apple for selling this garbage.

For some reason you ended up buying the app so the idea of measurement your feet with your device is not so horrible, otherwise what are you doing here? You get an accurate result if you follow the instructions and understand what you are doing. Let us know if you need any help or can't use the app and need a refund.

Abysmal waste of money

Thought I’d try, really to find the width of my feet. But, it’s horribly inaccurate. I watched the painfully slow YouTube tutorial and followed instructions. Twice. Wildly different results.

Hard to use

Hard to use and I don’t think is right, too much different from my shoes

Shoe sizing app

This app was very in accurate. One of the worst I have tried. I would appreciate it if I could get a refund. You may look at my history and see I only attempted to use it once.

You should use it more, the app measures accurately if you follow the guide and understand what you are doing, definitely better, more consistent and faster than all 3D foot scanning apps currently available on the market. Terrible - doesn’t work

Terribly designed up. Gives widely different sizes each time - and is not user friendly at all. Avoid.

Thank you for your feedback. "Widely different sizes" we would like to hear about model of your device and some details about this issue so we can address it. What are the results? If you follow the instructions and mark everything properly (have you used zoom?) you should get very consistent result. The app has been tested on many different devices in different conditions, it doesn't require any specific sensors or hardware and it gives the best result out of all methods you can currently find on the market. Yes, it requires some learning to get an accurate result. Please contact support@vistechprojects.com so we can address the issue, provide help or give you a refund if you are not able to use the app on your device.

Needs a couple of adjustments

Hi -
Think you need a magnifier for the line up.
Should the camera not pick up the shape of the foot against the contrast? And then you set the lines.. we tried it 3 times with a shoemaker, sizes did not come out accurately..

Low expectations, not super intuitive but 100% works

I took a 99 cent gamble on a review with one star- it's not intuitive what so ever but it worked perfectly, so you know what - 4 stars. Surpassed my expectations 100 fold

App shows wrong measurements for settings initially

Followed all the instructions and set the paper size to “US Letter”. Meticulously aligned the rules exactly like the video, but I was surprised to see my measurement was small by a full Men’s US size (this is a LOT). Out of curiosity, I switched to see what the woman’s equivalent was, and it actually seemed more reasonable. I switched back to the Men’s tab, and now my size was correct! Every time I remeasure, and open up the sizing window, it’s wrong initially until I switch the tab to women’s and back to men’s again.

It would also be nice if this app could do foot width, but that doesn’t look like an option.

Have you checked the instructions link in the app. It's easy, take a picture as shown with sheet of paper as a reference, mark the sheet, mark your feet - see the result. If you have any questions or need further assistance with the app, please contact support@vistechprojects.com and we will help you.

Failed

Ran through the steps 3 times to get results. Each time the results varied by half a cm. But all the results were off by a full shoe size of my actual shoe size. All my comfortable shoes are 11.5 and some sneakers are 12. The foot meter results showed size 10 and 10.5.
