Very disappointed
I’ve made an order on the app only to wait over 1hr to come to terms that I was never going to receive it.
I then proceeded to call one of their store where they told me that there was an issue with the order and I wasn’t going to get it.
I wish they had let me know sooner and that I didn’t have to wait forever AND reach out to them for them to tell me this…..
Too bad, you missed the whole point of the client experience.

Amazing customer loyalty
First of all, amazing cookies! Second to that is the app experience and how much I love their loyalty program! They really treat their customers well.

Vraiment nice
L’appli est vraiment bien construite. Facile à utiliser. Trop facile de commander sans fin. ;) Cool de voir une entreprise d’ici aussi bien représentée!

Gourmet cookies at your fingertips! 🍪
I love the convenience of being able to order fresh, warm cookies for delivery or quick pickup right from my phone. Delivery was fast and cookies are delightful!
