What's New in Fella's Invitational Tracker
1.1
October 17, 2026
This update makes scoring faster, improves course scanning, and adds more flexibility for running and sharing your tournaments. FASTER SCORING • Score your group on the On Course screen with larger names, par suggestions and simple minus/plus controls. • Enter common hole scores with one tap. Hole Entry's Other Score option supports 11–99. • Improved scorecard and dashboard responsiveness. • Scores stay attached to the correct golfer when names match or a player is renamed. • The same round posted from two organizer devices counts once throughout standings, payouts and playoffs. STANDINGS AND PLAYOFFS • Players tied on points are now separated by the lowest combined net. • Playoffs now work for fields of two to six players, which skip the quarterfinals. • Playoff round names follow your tournament's qualifying-round settings. • New event setup reserves the playoff rounds needed after qualifying. • Fixed playoff issues in very small events. COURSE SCANNING • Improved reading of printed course grids, tee labels, rating/slope tables, tilted cards and foldouts. • Improved iOS 27 recognition and added safeguards against ambiguous rows and stray values. • Test a scan without saving an event. Review the selected tee and handicap rankings before saving course setup. • For best scans, photograph the card flat and straight-on. YOUR EVENT'S HOUSE RULES • New events use neutral naming and optional mulligans and penalty fines. • Customize enabled fines, mulligan rounds and prices. • Reports and the shared browser board follow the event's enabled house rules. SYNC, BACKUP AND SHARING • Clearer private iCloud status and more useful error messages. • Simplified backup/restore controls and safer recovery when a save fails. • Private iCloud restores retain more tournament settings, including playoff formats and house rules. • Improved cleanup when players, scores or events are removed. • Improved live-board publishing, unpublishing and republishing. Empty shared events start on Round 1. • Participants can continue viewing read-only scores, standings, payouts and hole progress through a QR/shared browser link without the app. LAYOUT AND CONVENIENCE • Refined paper-style scorecards, opened/folded Duo layouts, iPad standings and section windows. • Cleaner iPhone More navigation, a round Lock Screen Live Activity, and expanded Siri/Control Center entry points.
