This app is old and broken. It's absolutely painful to use. I love the barber shop but don't forced us to use this outdated, broken app.

Broken, lost me as a customer
I use to be a customer. Then they started requiring appointments with this terrible app. I made an appointment and find it did not work. I made an appointment with the app yet it was in the system moments before the time.
I called to let them know I would be a little late due to the rain. I was immediately put on hold (he put the phone down) and then hung up after 2 minutes. I had to call back to find out my appointment was lost.
