The first screen now leads with the pickup packet before the detailed calculator. The app is designed for fast local planning before buying materials or staging a job. The iPhone layout keeps the calculator compact. The iPad layout uses a wider split workspace so run items, estimate totals, material setup, receipt proof, and prep checks are visible together.
