FenceTracer Worker — Crews

FenceTracer Worker is the field job app for fence installation crews at companies using FenceTracer. It gives installers, foremen, and crew leads the approved job details they need on site, then sends progress back to the office in real time. SEE TODAY'S FENCE JOBS Open assigned installs in schedule order. Check the address, customer contact, appointment time, scope, notes, and job-readiness details before leaving the yard. START THE DAY WITH YOUR TRUCK Clock in for your shift, complete a morning truck pre-inspection with a tap-friendly OK/Issue checklist and photos, and confirm the truck's tool inventory with AM/PM tool checks. Missing or damaged tools are flagged to the office automatically. SHARE YOUR LOCATION ONLY WHILE CLOCKED IN When you enable shift location sharing, your company can see your position on the crew map — and only while you are clocked in. Location sharing stops the moment you clock out. CARRY THE DRAWING AND MATERIALS Review the approved fence drawing, gate locations, material takeoff, and gathered-material checklist from a phone or tablet. The field team works from the same job record as the estimator and office. UPDATE THE OFFICE FROM THE FIELD Post notes and clear status updates such as on site, delayed, blocked, or done. Mark work complete with an optional completion note and photos so the office can close out the job without another call. PLAN THE CREW'S WEEK Browse upcoming jobs, use the crew calendar, and request or manage time off based on your role. WHO IS IT FOR? FenceTracer Worker is for fence installers, foremen, crew leads, estimators, and admins whose company already uses FenceTracer. WHAT IS REQUIRED? - An active FenceTracer company account - An invitation from your company administrator - Internet access for syncing jobs and field updates FenceTracer Worker is not a standalone estimating app. The office uses FenceTracer to create quotes, schedule work, and assign crews; the Worker app carries that information to the job site.
