Could not download and they lied to me
I could not download this app however after contacting them and communicating my problem and requesting a refund I was told “no problem”however the refund was NEVER given. Today as I am doing my end of year accounting I see that they lied to me. Honestly I have never had such an issue before and I did not think I would have this issue with an app developer for Feng shui due to the negative chi that accompanies such dishonesty.
I would GREATLY appreciate compliance of my refund request out of principle however.
Please do the right thing and refund the 27.99 that was charged to me for something that could not be downloaded. Thank you in advance.
