Poor functionality and statistics tracking
We use this app to control the infrared heaters we had installed last year. Thankfully our installer paired all the thermostats and set up the wattage of each heater for us.
Right from the beginning I had trouble logging in - I had to keep changing password every time I tried and it took weeks to get hold of anybody who could help. However, the app itself is clunky and minimal. I can only check usage stats for the current month or the last month in advanced statistics (not advanced at all) and in ‘simple statistics’, the actual usage appears way off. The app is now telling me that the devices are not sending statistics so my usage is not being recorded. This is incredibly frustrating. In settings there is box you tick to ensure stats are sent but every time I go in, it is unticked. Setting the timers is also quite fiddly, although they do seem work properly. It is difficult to get hold of customer service. My FENIX contact is not across the app and needs to be the middle man for the app developers. Very frustrating.

Hopeless
This is a shockingly poor app. There are no written instructions as to how to set it up - it’s very difficult to do and I only managed it by chance rather than following the directions within the app. The app itself is totally flaky and often fails to respond. We are thinking about changing to another system so we don’t have to use this app!

Nefunkčni aplikace
Začala zimní sezona a aplikace již pátý den nefunguje. Při dotazu na vývojáře, tak i po třech dnech nevědí co je za problém a ani kdy bude vyřešen.

I can see that few bugs were fixed and zones can be configured without workarounds...
But please fix that logging out thing. I have so many similar apps and logging in every other day is painful, moreover if there is face id option.

Frustrating user experience
Changing the schedule is impossible to achieve in the app, as the existing schedule keeps overriding the desired one. Looks like there are issues with data persistence rendering this app very close to useless.
Do not buy fenix products!
App is slow, not possible to integrate with HomeKit, Google Home, IFTT or homebridge. I will shared this with all possible friends to buy heating system somewhere elsewhere.
Terrible app
App does not work. It is full of bugs and I am not able to operate it properly. This app is so obsolete and does not connect properly with my phone. Not sure who actually uses this app and it is happy with it. Extremely disappointed
Chybí základní funkce, které by dělaly aplikaci potřebnou
Při režimu dovolená Nelze nastavit teplotu na nějakou rozumnou hodnotu (např. 19 °C). Je zvolit pouze nezámrz na 17 °C, což je málo, protože opětovné vytopení na vyšší hodnotu jednak trvá dlouho a druhak hodně stojí. Je to řešit pouze ručním nastavením teploty pro každou místnost samostatně (proč nejde změnit teplota pro všechny místnosti jedním kliknutím?), ale člověk pak musí myslet na to vrátit topení do standardních hodnot než se vrátí zpátky. Nerozumím tomu, proč lze nezámrz nastavit na maximálně 17 °C. Popř. proč nelze definovat víc různých nastavení (např. teplota v místnosti při režimu dovolená).
Jinak ale aplikace kromě toho, že je extrémně pomalá, funguje relativně dobře. Jen trochu postrádá smysl, pokud si nemůžu nastavit hodnoty, jaké chci v režimu dovolená. Pokud nechci myslet na to, že mám ručně měnit vytápěcí program při každém odjezdu a příjezdu, stejně se topí stále stejně.

Barely functional
Does not react to your commands. Have to entry desired temperatures/programs multiple times. Can not change temperatures for all installations at one click, etc
