Trying to switch the app to my child’s new iPad and it’s asking for an access code which does not appear anywhere in my app and there is no support

So thankful I can video chat with my Grandson now who moved out of state.The APP worked great!

WORST MESSAGING APP ON THE PLANET
This is app is absolutely horrible I try to call someone and it blocks the ringtone randomly. Also it takes at least 15 seconds for my messages to go through. This easily a 1 star app!

A bug
Most of the time now when I go on fennec I can mostly text everyone but recently I can text everyone but one of my friends and it’s starting to get quite annoying. I would recommend but you would have to have a lot of patience.
Feature suggestion
Amazing App. Can you please add the feature to erase chat messages?
Great Introduction to Texting
My son loves being able to text his family, and I loved that this app was COPPA Compliant. It’s safe and a great introduction to texting and communicating with family and friends within a safe environment that I can assure is age appropriate. Definitely give it a try for your littles who you don’t want having a smartphone yet!

What I think you should add:
I personally think you should be able to send videos! And be able to change the first and/or last name because I recently just changed my first name but it’s still stuck as my deadname is not that comfortable to look at every single day👩🦯

Great idea, lukewarm execution
Great concept. No proper instructions to setup. We can’t seem to set up on the kid’s phone and there is no supporting info to explain.
