Can’t create account
Keeps failing to create account, keeps saying it failed check network and try again. Although there’s nothing wrong with my network. Very frustrating

Is this company bankrupt? Can’t create account to login. Website gives a 403 error. Seems unlikely this is a short term technical glitch.

Online account is suspicious
This app requests location information and requires an online account to use a Bluetooth camera which is suspicious and absurd. What a rip off of a product.
Literally the worst
This product and company are seriously THE worst. If I can give -5 stars I would. First the product itself never worked, waste of money. They hide their contact number so you can’t get help or technical support. Their security screws are freaking impossible to remove, I asked them to help send me a new one and they had to audacity to threaten me that they will only send me one if i write their app a good review. What a shady business practice!
It’s ironic they put so much effort into making their sensor frame secure, jokes on whoever that steals this they’re getting a worthless piece of trash. I hope this company gets sued by its investors and consumers by offering a fraud of a product and lack of integrity.

Camera doesn’t connect unless your within a few feet
Camera doesn’t connect unless within a few feet of the device. I have a small pickup. Mounted on the front plate apps on an iPhone 6. They should refund my money or fix their product.

I bought the FenSens for my husband’s car since he did not have a back up camera. The camera worked very quickly unfortunately we cannot get the Tap button to find the signal and connect nor can we get the parking app to work it will not connect wireless. I sent an email two days ago to the support team but have yet to hear back. I really hope someone can contact me because we would like to get this working completely it is a great help to my husband. Thanks!

Price gouging...
FenSens was selling this product for $199 less than 24 hours they where selling it for $99. The next day $149. They are flip flopping the price constantly on their website. Customer service is terrible unreachable and when I do reach out they threaten you with a 10% restocking fee and it clearly states on the website that you have a 30 day moneyback guarantee. We sent them multiple emails and only that that response about the 10% restocking fee. The product says it comes with a vent phone holder for your phone and it does not I’ve seen this stated multiple times from other people who’ve gotten their product so false advertisement on that also. The product overall isn’t bad ,but we use it on a cargo van and the parking guidelines are offset so you can’t use those ,this is why we want to return it. For 200 bucks it is just a piece of plastic with a simple camera and it houses 2200 mega amp NiCad batteries that’s all you get. This is a very simple product to make the app is not that difficult to develop I might just start my own line and sell it for $99 all the time and have great customer service. So bottom line I would not buy this product not happy at all...

Tap button problems
Camera turns on and displays. The tap button only launches the sensor instead of the camera, though. And the provided email address doesn’t work to get help.

Very disappointed in this product and service for as expensive as it is it should not drop you every time you need to back up and hook up your trailer if you don’t have Internet you won’t have a back up camera . directions to set up very vague send you in circles!!
Also the instant tab button has never worked I have tried and tried to get help. My advice is buy the cheap one like my brother did and it works just fine

Nice to have accessory; a simple way to upgrade your car
I purchased a backup camera because my wife’s car came with one from the factory, and it is the one thing I wish my slightly older model SUV had come with. Easy to install. My first camera unit wouldn’t power up for me, but they quickly replaced it with a new unit and that works like a champ! The picture on my iPhone is better than the view my wife’s car gives her on the dash board with the bigger screen. The picture is wider and clearer on the FenSens camera!

Unable to connect camera to iPhone
Hi: Installed this version and a new plate. Followed the installation procedure. Plate charged overnight, then turned the plate on to start. the camera added with wifi ID (TYPE-S-1080P-BUC-17) accepted, TAP button added. The set completed and camera is active and displayed on iPhone. The application is running in the background.
HOWEVER, when I attempt to reconnect, the plate will not connect to iPhone. The app asks to join the WiFi TYPE_S..., but the. Returns a message, Unable to Join TYPE_S. The app continues to ask to join and fails.
I then have to manually power OFF, then Power ON (2 blue lights) the plate. Then the application will join the WiFi and display the camera image. This works about 70% of the time, but is not an acceptable use case.
There is bug, in that when I leave my car (application is still running in the background), when I return and launch the application, it recognizes the TYPE_S WiFi, but cannot join it. I am standing right behind the plate. Use of the TAP button does not help.
Can you please fix this app bug or send me a working plate? Thank you.
