I can't receive any messages or notifications on my watch. I've tried and checked everything, but I still can't receive any messages on my watch.

Please avoid purchasing this watch. Everything is wrong with this product. The watch doesn’t stay connected iPhone, its useless when trying to exercise with it, it only makes notifications sounds when it wants too…the only thing correct aboutit is the time! This needs to be discontinued!

App needs serious update for iPhone users
The app is not working properly on iPhone. Arabic text is broken and unreadable, emojis do not display correctly, and heart rate is not real-time. Recent updates did not fix these issues. Also, weak integration with Apple Health and poor performance overall. Please improve iOS compatibility and provide firmware updates for the smartwatch.
