Misleading
Tried using the 10% discount welcome code on my first order they promised and the code didn’t work. Going to delete the app now.
Prices are great, customer service not so much
I ordered something on a Friday that I paid express shipping for. The next Wednesday, my order still said “Order Received” when that’s probably when I should have received it. I emailed customer service and they said they were on holiday. What holiday was it and why wasn’t my order automatically just submitted? I asked and Kenny S was very passive aggressive and just offered me half a refund. Then I got half a refund and not only do I still not have my order, they did not ship it express and they changed my shipping method after the refund. Hard not to shop here because of the prices but what terrible customer service!
