Didn’t get everything I was trying to purchase
Couldn’t find a large selection of shower door handles to match the style and undertones that of my bathroom accessories and hardware this needs to be considered since I’ve purchased for all 3 of my bathroom so that could get all my needs met in one place loaded with your company .

Crashes when opening project
For some reason after I invited people to my project, I cannot open my project anymore on the app. The app totally crashes, every time. I have to go to the website. Really inconvenient.
Crashes constantly!
I’m an interior designer and need to be able to access the project tool daily. Your website works very well but the app crashes every time I try to open a project. So frustrating and I’d expect better from a company as large as this one. I guess the consistency of the app and your accounting “software” match each other. Orders and invoices kept for one year? Seriously??!!

Application Crash
When accessing the saved project the application crashes. Also selecting don’t sell my info throws an “unexpected error”

They don’t let you update orders
Tried to update an order 1 minute after I made it. They said they can try only to “request” an update. Didn’t work. I have to wait 2 weeks for it to come and then set up a return. It takes 20 minutes to reach someone on the phone. This is terrible.
