Surcharge City!!
It’s really sad when the coffee house you frequent and love decides to surcharge all customers who pay with any type of plastic card. In an increasingly cashless society, this is sad and unfair news. Given sufficient time and great care to include all Australians, Australia will inevitably become a cashless society.
What is the sense in surcharging all of your customers in an increasingly cashless environment? The Reserve Bank of Australia can come to every customer’s rescue by (1) provide a basic, free banking service for anyone that is administered in all Australia Post outlets. (2) provide a free electronic wallet for any Australian who wants to use it for any transaction. (3) offer a no frills Eftpos card similar to all Debit cards which transfers funds from one bank account to another bank account to pay for all transactions.
The Reserve Bank of Australia will be central to Australia’s gradual evolution to a cashless and surcharge-less society.

App doesn’t work
Points kept disappearing, and now the app doesn’t even work, I try to open it, it says update, they said open app and then repeat
False advertising
Not great rewards never worked and pies cakes are really expensive.
False advertising kept getting emails saying I have free birthday items but been in store 3 times and nothing wouldn’t recommend Using that app

Hopeless app crashes won't remember my login
If there was a -10 rating that's my rating
App continually crashes, does not remember my account and password. Forces me to create new account causing loss of my rewards.
Web interface is the same doesn't recognise my login and password.
Nor will it recognise my numerical account number.
Please fix and/or remove from app store
Paper membership rewards works fine !

App doesn’t work!
Absolutely Pathetic!
Just spent nearly $300 on cakes & sweets including a coffee to go. App doesn’t open. There is no updates in the App Store, obviously I have the latest app version. I’ve been robbed of my points including my coffee stamp. Ridiculous! 😡

Lost all my points and puchases towards free drink, waist of time. A con..
Great app until errors started
Please fix app, transaction history doesn’t work, can’t access any details, doesn’t even stamp drinks anymore. I now use my loyalty plastic card.

My first visit to Plarre’s cake shop in Puckle St Moonee Ponds was in 1954, which then became a weekly outing for a treat that my brother and I looked forward to with great delight. Now 64 years later I still enjoy the Sausage Rolls and Custard Tarts.
