About
Making money is hard. Keeping track of it shouldn't be.
Ferla turns recording into a one-second job: say it, or scan the receipt, and it writes the rest. So at the end of the month you don't guess — you know.
It works for everyone. Simple to start, deeper when you want it. Use it for your own budget, or for your own business. If you work for yourself, income, expenses and payments live in one place, without a separate accounting tool.
SAY IT, IT'S LOGGED
Say "forty dollars on groceries" and Ferla writes it down. The voice and chat assistant picks the amount, the category and the account. No forms. If it mishears you, tell it and it fixes it. Nothing is saved until you confirm. No bank login, no account linking — you stay in control of what goes in.
SNAP THE RECEIPT
Point the camera at a receipt. Amount, date and merchant fill themselves in. You're done before you leave the counter.
SPENDING LIMITS
Set a monthly limit for any category. Ferla warns you as you get close, not after you've gone over.
SPENDING MAP
See where your money actually goes, on a map. Which neighborhood, which place, how much. Location is only used if you turn it on and is never shared.
CHARTS AND INSIGHTS
Monthly income and spending, category breakdown, six-month trends and your savings rate in one place. Every day Ferla spots what changed and tells you, like "dining is up 23% this month". These are observations about your own data, so you catch things early.
KEEP THE DEBT TOGETHER
Money between friends doesn't have to live in one person's head. If the other person also uses Ferla, you send an invite link and you both see the same ledger, each from your own phone.
One side records it, the other confirms. The payer reports a payment, the receiver confirms it. If your numbers differ, both stay side by side and the app takes no side — who's right is for the two of you to settle.
That's what ends the "but I gave you fifty" argument: one record both of you can see.
DEBTS AND CREDITS
Who you owe, who owes you, partial payments and what's left, all in one list.
GOALS
A holiday, an emergency fund, a new phone. Set the goal and Ferla tracks the progress.
RECURRING PAYMENTS
Rent, bills, subscriptions. Enter once and it repeats every month, with a reminder before it's due.
SHARED BUDGET
Keep a household budget with your partner or flatmates. Who spent what is visible in one record. Money never moves through Ferla.
GOLD AND CURRENCIES
Gold, dollars, euros. Every entry keeps the rate of the day it was made, so last month's totals don't change overnight.
PRIVATE
Face ID or fingerprint lock. Your records are stored in the European Union. No ads, no data selling.
Ferla is a personal income, expense and budget ledger. It is not a bank, it does not connect to your bank account and it does not transfer money. Summaries and insights are for information only and are not financial, investment or tax advice. AI can be wrong; check a figure before you rely on it.
