You're right, and we're sorry. Version 1.2 had serious stability issues. Fermentor has since been completely rebuilt from the ground up and is available again this week: stable, fully functional, and with new features like guides and AI-assisted recipe generation. Hope you'll give it another shot.
Great app
This is a very good app for tracking ferments. The swipe back to home was a little non-intuitive but got used to it. It would be great to end a phase and not delete it so you can see the whole picture.

You guys beat me to it! I had an idea for a fermenting app and you guys nailed it. Would be great to have more recipes but it’s a great start. Being able to add your own recipes is ideal. Thank you for your creation.
Keeps track of my ferments
Love this app for tracking my multiple ferments. I use and refer to it constantly. Only features I wish it had was an ability to "complete" a project - this would let me know which ferments I have ready for consumption and when they were made. Currently the only way is to delete the project altogether and then I don't have it anymore, or leave it running. Also would love to see a "days in progress" timer so I don't have to count back to the date I started on. But these are minor things and overall this is a great, simple app that is highly useful!

I've been using Fermentor for a few weeks now and like it quite a bit. Easy access to dates, recipe notes, and more. Makes it easy to keep track of everything, which is great because I always have multiple projects going. My only complaint is that Delete is the only option when something completes, and I hate the idea of losing the notes I've taken. Hopefully future versions will include an Archive function so I can re-use recipes and schedules.
