Excellent Exercises and accountability!
The Fern Health app features excellent exercises for physical therapy. My shoulder injury, diagnosed as frozen shoulder, had plateaued and it’s healing.… Even though I only had 3/4 of my range of motion and pain reduction.
Yet, after doing the PT exercises for my shoulder, daily on the Fern Health app for one month, I am back to a full range of motion and much less pain. I also love that the app keeps you accountable. Your virtual coach knows whether you opened the app and claimed to do the exercise with it. Knowing that a PT coach is keeping track of my exercises, along with me, helps with my accountability. For me, accountability keeps me honest and exercising each morning!

Excellent
I am in my 40s and have had trouble with my lower back since my mid 20s. I won’t lie at first I thought this was lame.. the exercises they gave me where too easy and were in no way going to help. But then I noticed things like a used to lean on the kitchen counter/ bathroom counter to take some of the weight off my back ( didn’t even know I did that as often as I did) and then I wasn’t. Sneezing used to hurt my back it doesn’t now. After about the third week the exercises were harder ( they build you up). I recommend especially if you gave a busy lifestyle and can’t go in to a physical therapist. Saves tons of time, easy to follow, and it works. Normally with reviews I just tap the stars but this changed the way I function. Good luck! 😀

Healthy habits
I was beta tester for this app. I’ve struggled with lower back pain since my late 20s. This app is great to get you into the habit of doing exercises to maintain back health and manage pain. It notifies you everyday to do your workouts. There’s about 4-5 exercises each week , so it’s about a 20-30 minute workout per day, depending on the number of sets you’re comfortable doing. My test session ended months ago and I still do my daily stretches and exercises. I’ve been working from home since March and haven’t had a huge lower back injury like I used to get. Is my pain completely gone? No, not yet (it’s only been like 5 months guys). But this app really helped me keep my lower back pain manageable.
