About

A strength log you own. A lifting log for coming back. Restart from your own old numbers, at a pace you set, and log every set in one tap. Free to log, forever. Pro is a one-time unlock. Coming back - Pick where to restart, as a share of your last numbers, and how many weeks to get back to them. Every number in the table is yours to edit. - A weekly target that counts minimum days, holds for weeks away, and grace passes. Weeks away on a hold do not count against you. - Your history stays put. Nothing is hidden or reset after a break. - Comeback progress: your best set since you came back, next to your all-time best, as plain arithmetic. Free. Logging - One tap logs the set the plan calls for; two taps log a set you adjusted. Your sets are stored on this phone. - Rest timer that notifies you when rest ends, even with the phone locked; plates per side for your own bar and plates, and rounding you choose. - Works with no signal. There is nothing to sign in to. - Saves finished sessions to Apple Health when you turn it on. Free and Pro Free forever: logging, history and records, consistency and never miss twice, comeback progress, holds and grace passes, linear progression, rest timer, plates and rounding, weekly target and minimum day, export, import, backup and restore. Pro adds: why-this-number for every set, rack mode, trend charts and the record timeline. Pro is a one-time unlock, bought through the App Store. Pro is on for your first 10 logged workouts so you can try it with real training. After that, the exercise page's trend charts and record timeline, why-this-number and rack mode are Pro. Logging, history, the records list, Consistency, export and import always stay open, nothing you logged is deleted, and linear progression keeps going. Restore purchase is on the Pro screen (You, then About). On a new phone, sign in to the same Apple Account and tap it. Your data - No account, no analytics or ad code, no tracking, no servers of ours. Your workouts stay in a database on your phone unless you save a backup file somewhere yourself. - The one connection the app makes is the purchase check: the App Store handles payment, and the purchases library it uses, RevenueCat, receives an anonymous app id, the device identifier and the store receipt, and nothing you have logged. - If your phone backs up to iCloud or to a computer, that Apple backup includes this app the same way it includes your other apps; we cannot see or open it. - Save a full backup file to Files or another app you pick, and restore it on a fresh install. Export every set as a CSV. Import a CSV export from your old lifting app. All free. - Delete everything from the Privacy screen at any time. It removes the app data on this phone; files you exported or shared yourself stay where you put them. What it is not It is a training log. It gives no health, diet or nutrition advice, sells nothing else, and has no social feed.
