Program is good, app is not
I did the trim and train challenge and had to have the app for that. Camille is good and the challenge was successful and if you follow her training you will definitely improve your fitness. That said, the app is a terrible. It’s hard to follow where you are. It randomly scrolls when you are trying to enter your results. There lots of extra space between sections of the workouts and reviewing the workouts and switching between different versions is sort of cumbersome and hard to keep track of. I’d I didn’t have to use this app for the challenge I would have abandoned it much within a few days.
