What's New in FestivalPilot
2.5.0
October 1, 2026
2.5 "Season Finale" — the part after the last set. YOUR FESTIVAL RECAP Once the festival is over, FestivalPilot builds a recap from your own ratings: rating distribution, day-by-day comparison, timeline, stage map, top 3 and flop, your festival type, the weather and a year-over-year comparison. Ten cards, rendered entirely offline from your data — and shareable as an image if you want. SEASON WRAPPED 2026 Your whole year in one image: festivals, acts, highlights, days, top genre. You'll find it any time under My Bands. A LIVE MODE THAT FOLLOWS THE DAY The festival day now rolls over in the morning instead of at noon — so on Friday morning your plan shows Friday, not Thursday. If the closing night runs until 3 a.m., the app stays in live mode instead of dropping back to the countdown at midnight. You can now swipe between festival days and tick a day off when you call it a night early. BANDS YOU FOLLOW "Following" is its own tab in My Bands and shows the next known show for each band. After a highlight we ask whether you want to follow the band — and the band profile is finally a visible link instead of hiding behind a small arrow. ALSO • Steps are converted to kilometres — per festival day and in the recap • Past festivals no longer report open clashes • Location markers time out after 15 seconds with a clear message instead of hanging silently • The "For you" badge now fits into narrow stage columns • When reporting missing data you can name the source (link + channel)
