Planner 1.4 Who else is on your shift. - My Shifts now names the rest of the crew on each event, with the job each of them is doing. You can see before you get there whether you are on a door alone, and who the technician is if a microphone fails. - My Shifts also shows what the audience has been promised for that event: accessibility seating, reserved seats, and whether it is BSL interpreted, captioned or a relaxed performance. - Event Listing now lists the crew working an event alongside the authors and chair, and shows the accessibility provision for it. - Front of house no longer sees the Accessibility Needs screen. It listed authors' own medical information, which is not what anyone working a door needs. The seating notes above are, and those are now on both screens. Roles are named the way your festival names them throughout.
