Bad business practices
Used to work for Fetch, and the owner of my franchise was fantastic. Cared very much about the dogs, took fantastic care of them, was excellent to staff.
Recently I guess an email was sent out to all of her clients saying she is no longer a part of Fetch because there is some arbitration going on. One could think, without having seen her care and diligence firsthand, that this meant she had done something bad with the dogs.
No. It is FETCH that is going through arbitration, and they are trying to avoid penalties by passing the blame/target to the franchise owners.
Fetch used to be my first recommendation for pet care but I never will again.

the app said that my zip code wasn’t even a thing, so i tried countless others to see if it would even let me sign up. this app just wasted 20 minutes of my time.

Fetch! has been so great! Their walkers and sitters are very trustworthy, reliable, and take great care of my pup. They are always available for last minute requests and provide consistency in the walker that takes him out. That way, it's not a new person for Henry every time. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Pet taxi is available for boarding overnight which takes away from the added stress of drop off and pickup when traveling. When my plane lands, Henry is already home waiting for me. Special thank you to Bill, Mauricio, and Steve for taking such amazing care of my baby!! You guys are amazing !!

Unbelievably awesome!
We found out our pet-sitter was no longer living in our town and had 2 days to come up with a solution. Living in Tucson, AZ, there aren’t a ton of options. We are still sorta “small-town” in some respects. Found Fetch! By luck and Tammy the owner actually came to my house along with Erik our sitter.
They were super nice and I was comfortable at once.
This app is awesome for scheduling and getting feedback from our sitter about how the dogs are doing. Love this service and will 100% be using every time we need someone!!!
