About
FetFive is a private aftercare journal for adults who want a calm, structured way to notice what they need before and after an intense personal experience. Capture a photo or a few words whenever a moment matters, or follow five gentle check-ins across 48 hours when you want more support remembering how things changed over time.
Start by recording a neutral baseline: mood, energy, stress, sleep, food, hydration, context, and which prepared care actions you may want nearby. Afterward, return for Landing, Later Today, Next Morning, and 48 Hours. Each check-in keeps the focus on what is present now—body comfort, energy, sleep, connection or space, and the care you actually used. There is no readiness score and no “right” response.
Build a personal Care Kit before you need it. Keep practical options like water and a light snack, a warm blanket, quiet rest, low light, familiar music, gentle reassurance, a brief check-in message, or clear permission for space. Care Mode presents one action at a time, reducing decisions when you would rather focus on comfort. Mark what you used, skip what you did not, and adjust your kit later.
Your journal combines freeform entries with guided moments in one searchable timeline. Add titles, reflections, moods, tags, and photos, then filter by photos, notes, or guided check-ins. Private context tags help you find comparable cycles without forcing every experience into the same shape.
As repeated guided cycles build up, FetFive shows simple counts based only on the care actions you explicitly rated. See which actions were marked helpful, compare your Landing and Next Morning notes, and review a complete five-moment summary. At 48 hours, decide which Care Kit actions to keep, archive, or discuss next time. These observations help you remember your own record; they do not claim why something changed or predict what will happen.
Discreet reminders use neutral wording and can bring you back to Later Today, Next Morning, and 48 Hours. If you are not ready, save a draft, postpone a reminder, or skip a moment without blocking the rest of the cycle. A dedicated support screen lets you copy a prepared message for someone you trust and points you toward local professional or emergency resources when needed.
FetFive is local by design. Entries, photos, Care Kit actions, and guided cycles stay on your device. There is no FetFive account, cloud sync, partner login, social feed, advertising, or analytics SDK. Optional device authentication can add another layer of privacy.
FetFive is a reflection tool for adults, not medical or mental health care. It does not diagnose, interpret consent, assign risk, prescribe care, or replace direct communication and personal agreements. If you feel unsafe or need urgent help, contact a qualified professional or local emergency service.
Whether you save one private photo or complete all five returns, FetFive gives you a quieter way to keep the aftercare moments you want to remember—and carry useful care forward.
