I think I erased something that was t supposed to and getting ahold of the main place you never get through. Only your local and sometimes you need the main bank.
Doesn’t show current data
The app starts and has one balance. Then you click on your account and it shows another then you have to click on current balance to see your true balance. The reason you use a banking app is for your balance and this is not good at doing that.
New System
I do not like the new updated system. Transfers are not immediately available as they used to be. You must now wait until it is updated the next day.

When I try to deposit a check it always says the image is blurry. I never had this problem with the old app.

It works really well.. Just when going to different pages it kinda lags a little.. it’s always saying it has a problem trying to refresh page, but over

I am very unhappy with the new app I tried to give it some time because I know it’s new. My account will never load. My online deposits are always a day late. I miss my notifications. I’m hoping they get it fixed

Appreciate the visual overhaul and it runs a lot smoother. But why would you remove features like instant balance and notifications for purchases? The notifications is BASIC functionality that all my credit cards have and friends banks have it. I’d prefer more features over a fancy screen

This new First Financial Bank App is terrible!
It should not be this hard to use a bank app!
I’ve logged in & it only shows my savings account, does not show my business or my personal account.
I’ve been on hold now over 30 minutes trying to get support.
I’ve been with this bank for over 20 years. Ever since the original owners sold the bank to this new company it’s been a pain in the butt!
I think it’s time to find another bank to do business with!😡
