Trash app
Updates are alway a problem.. i have never had a good update experience.. who ever designs your apps should have the heads examined they never work
I actually love this app
I've been using the app a really long time and honestly have no...not one complaint! It's helpful in so so many ways and if you can't find something just call the bank and usually whoever is sitting at the greeting desk or answers the phone will be able to help you.

I can not update this because phone cannot update this version. I have to get a new phone and pay more for this version monthly. I am 78 years old and do not want and should not have to proceed! I need the mobile banking to see my transactions and who they are appropriated to!

Too many fees
Fees are getting higher and more frequent.

This system has made banking so convenient, I don’t have to worry about getting to the bank! I’m 73 and this method works for me!

It’s a basic app as far as I’m concerned. Useful enough to access accounts and move some money around, but the times I’ve tried to find a free network atm or shared branch? Forget about it.

If I could rate this app -5 stars I would
Literally wish I got my car loan from capital one again because this app is insane and so hard to follow and crashes constantly. Trying to update my new banking information to pay my car loan as someone who literally works in cellphone tech store is borderline impossible. I can’t imagine someone not tech savvy being able to do anything in it. My loan and app password and account are two separate things which makes zero sense and every time I try to reset my password it resets. Whyyyy is there an app if it’s going to open a window to log into a websites that resets to the app login screen any time you go to look for anything on your phone. Please take my interest and pay someone who knows how to make an app actually make you an app that works. How about a button that says loan, payment information and update. Thankssssssssss.

Update
The new update does not upload to the downloaded app and there is no way to re-download the app once you remove it… I really don’t want to remember to go to the App Store to access the app

Much easier to make transfers in and out of the credit union. Ability to message with real CU people within the app is great!
