Wow, this app has gone up another level for 26/27.
I love the new Planner with the integrated Fixture Ticker that includes clean sheet odds and projected goal. The points projections filters are super useful. A must download!

Unusable
Very clunky app and it does not let you log into you account with or without a paid subscription so you pay for a members subscription and can’t use it. Useless.
Not stable
New member to FFS and the website is good but this app is not stable, it blank screens on opening every time and I have to turn my phone on and off to reset it…really annoying. Don’t delete the app and reload as it removes your saved data for team planner 🙃
Stopped working.
Had full features on the app until a few day’s ago and it was very useful. However it is worse than useless now can’t link my team etc. I have messaged for support but that was non existent! When you pay for a premium subscription you would expect some assistance!
Not great
App worked really well for 2 weeks, now it’s stopped updating. Live rank is from 3 weeks ago showing an old team, can still use the planner section but it has issues.

I hate to write this, been a member of scout for 12 years and love the content and the site.
This is a rushed app and has no support. The content for premium members looks like it is there but it won’t recognise my account so I can’t access it.
The support for this app is non existent, no reply’s on any channel and no reply to emails.
There are many people with the same issue (unable to link accounts) and no update, communication or resolution.
Don’t download it yet. They will make it better and I am sure it will be good, just shouldn’t have released this version.
In the meantime I use the Fantasy Fix and Fantasy Hub apps which are superb and well supported so try them if you have issues.

Disappointed
Big fan of the FPL YouTubers and podcasters that have been promoting the app leading into this season but overall quite disappointed with the app. It seems like they’ve rushed to get it out before the season and I’d ideally like my money back as it’s impossible to see the full functionality of the app until you’ve paid for the premium membership.

Won’t recognise log in
Already have an account - purchased premium sub - would not recognize my account on app to link to sub - created a new account - would not let me log on app with new account. - so 2 accounts it would not recognize
Message them on X asking to help - no reply - messages some of them promoting it on X saying I was having problems - no reply
Emailed them, yes you guessed it , no reply
So had to get a refund via Apple - don’t set up a product you can’t support

Disappointed
Purchased a premium subscription but unable to link to my account. Multiple emails and messages sent to the support team but no reply or even an acknowledgment. Unprofessional. Refund requested.
Overhyped
I was expecting more when I saw numerous posts on X saying how good it is. I am very underwhelmed by it though, due to its limited functionality. It has also crashed twice.

Great features to really help with FPL Ranks! ✅
Meh
Looks rushed out for this season. Limited features/QoL compared to logging in to the members area on the website via mobile. Might prove useful once GW1 is live … Scout membership still worth it but app seems lacking at this moment in time.
