Issues starting from Registration & service
You cannot register that your email otp is the first step which will not receive even you were wait for a long time.
I made a gold loan from Finance house sharjah branch and on the time the manager said the amount will deduct from account. On the day of due the amount is not deducted until noon and i was sent an email to the manager to enquire about payment deduction. But no response from their side. Even he is not mentioned any loan number or account number in the papers or anywhere at initial stage. So i called their customer care and finally recovered my account details. And i made payment through FH website through easy pay option. The exact amount is deducted from my account at the time . But no response from their system. So i called customer care and they said wait for 24 hours and will update. Even after 48 hours there is no confirmation message or amount refund. Again i called customer care and they have no idea about it.
Totally bad system and application which will help finance house by delaying payments and thus they can deduct penalty for non payment of installment.
