Poor app
Poorly designed app and features. The add card to Apple Pay just is a shortcut to the wallet where you have to manually add the card. Who designed such a bad app ?? Every other bank app automates the entire process of adding the card to Apple Pay except Ajman bank.

Please note that we have recently introduced the in-App provisioning for Samsung and Google Pay to enable customers add their cards directly from our Mobile App to their Digital wallet. and we will launch the same feature for Apple Pay users soon by next week. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Bad customer service
By far the worst customer service ever. Especially if you’re traveling outside the UAE
