Needs more features

The app needs more features. It’s missing the ability to set a charging limit as a % (e.g. 80%) and cannot set charging times without paying $17 per month. No exportable driving history either.

Fiat needs a lesson on how to make an app useful

I have had my 2024 Fiat 500e for 17 months, and the app has yet to work. It is absolutely the worst interface for a car that I ever encountered.
If I had to do it over again, I would never have purchased this car…
Italians should stick to pasta and leave car making to everyone else!

Actually impressed

This is my first electric car so it might be that I’m kinda over stimulated but it’s actually very convenient seeing the battery percentage when I’m traveling, tells me in real time how much I’m consuming with or without air conditioner, how much it regenerates when I’m hitting the brakes, it’s got the 3 modes which I use often for certain situations. Ya it has low range so if I wanna travel far ya bring the 120v charger or look for charging stations but I live in the city so it’s been a blast so far.

What is this garbage?

App support doesn’t even take you to anything regarding fiat. It takes you to Chrysler Jeep Dodge. And if you are lucky enough to find anything for fiat, it’s on a broken page that you can’t even find the links to get any help. My question is what happened to all of my preloaded information I did the update now it doesn’t recognize who I am.

Don’t buy a Fiat if you want to use this app

It does not work. It does not show updated battery level. It does not accurately show any statistics about the car. Support has been “working on my case” with no progress or fixes for 4 months. Useless and fake support.

Pretty much useless

Just a container for some high-level information on your car. Nothing about nav maps, and no realtime info on anything (charging status, tire pressure, etc.)

terrible software

if i shipped software this bad at work id be fired. why is it so hard to get an accurate update of battery percentage or just enter my pin? its wild how terrible this app is with any basic function

Doesn't work anymore

I can't see the real status of the battery or ask it to charge... Sometimes the open/close or other functions simply doesn't work. Poor experience for my Fiat500e... I don't recommend this car... nor the car nor the application works well.

Changes and charge level

The app use to show if one doors were locked. If the windows were closed or open. This has disappeared. This should be brought back.
The battery charge level while charging doesn’t always update which is extremely annoying. I have the 2025 500e and use the app while charging however when it doesn’t update that is extremely annoying

Doesn’t work

I had the possibility to locked my from the app and all the other options and now it’s gone you have to pay 20$ plus for it per month. It’s free for now but I don’t have any interest to get it after my trial ends. Even the battery level doesn’t update anymore so sad for the price you pay for the car it should free at least if this app doesn’t.

Useless

I got my Fiat 500e in November 2024 and the app was great for monitoring charging, turning on climate control remotely, etc, so much so that I paid for an annual plan to continue to have access to these services. Updates to the app since then have removed all functionality and makes the app basically worthless and the additional subscription services I’m paying for non existent. Dare I say this stinks of fraud.

Totally useless!

This app stopped working for me about 2 months in. I have updated, logged out and back in, tried deleting it and reinstating it but it has been frozen for months.

not working since June 2025

around end of June 2025, the Fiat is not showing battery charge level correctly and not showing odometer correctly. Fiat owners had been asking for help for the past 7-8 weeks. Free version, paid version are both not working. Tech support repeated same re-install app, shut down turn back on messages. I kinda not checking anymore. Just a message to show disappointment.

This app is rated 3 stars - that’s a joke I would not rate it half a star poor customer service

Delete the old app version from my iPhone and reinstalled the latest version but still not showing proper charging level. Called the Uconnect Assist number and was told to go to the dealer. Not impressed with Fiat service and Uconnect.

Updates make it less useful

Not sure if other Stellantis apps are as bad as this one, but here’s what it originally did: updated EV levels, notify me of charging status, locked and unlocked doors, reported on my driving efficiency. It no longer provides timely updates on anything, so it’s useless unless I want to make an appointment for dealer service or lock/unlock my doors. (The latter feature disappeared for most of the year and magically reappeared.) I can’t recommend this app and it makes me question Stellantis’ commitment to any brand beyond Jeep.

Vraiment déçu de cette application car elle ne fonctionne pas très bien. Je n’ai même plus le niveau de charge réelle Je ne suis pas intéressé de payer une mensualité je trouve ça abusif. Au prix que j’ai payé pour mon véhicule!! J’ai fait l’achat en juin 2024.
