Actually makes me want to eat more veggies
Perfect for tracking fiber
FINALLY! An easy fiber tracker!
Never even got to the tracking
Response from developer
Hi! Sorry about the trouble. We weren’t able to find an email from you, but we did identify the issue you experienced and it has been fixed in the latest version. Please update the app and give it another try if you’re still interested. Thank you for the feedback!
Good but lacks accuracy and function
1. AI scan is not consistently accurate.
2. You cannot look back at previous detailed data to compare and improve.
3. E mail support is very slow.
Free version is worthless
Response from developer
Hi! Sorry you had a frustrating experience. The free version includes hundreds of common fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, and other high-fiber foods, plus a free barcode scanner for packaged items. If there was a specific food you couldn’t find, we’d be happy to add it. Just email us at acalisedev@gmail.com and we’ll get it into the database.
Helps track gastroparesis diet
Fantastic app developed by a revolutionary individual
The barcode scanner is a big win. It makes logging fiber intake quick enough that you’ll actually stick with it instead of giving up after a few days. That alone makes it more practical than most “health habit” apps that rely too much on manual input.
What stands out most is the focus. It’s not trying to track everything under the sun just fiber. That simplicity is its strength. If your goal is to improve gut health or just stop eating like garbage, this gives you a clear, measurable target without overcomplicating things.
That said, it might feel too minimal for people who want full macro tracking or deeper nutritional breakdowns. But honestly, that’s kind of the point. This is for people who want a habit tool, not a full-on diet obsession.
Bottom line: if you’re serious about improving your diet in a realistic way, FiberUp is surprisingly effective. It removes friction, keeps you accountable, and doesn’t waste your time.
