مشكلة في انشاء حساب جديد

اكثر من ثلاث محاولات انشاء حساب جديد باءت بالفشل وفي كل مره تحذف جميع المعلومات المدخلة واكون مجبر في اعاده كتابتها من جديد، وانا متاكد من وجود ملاحظات اخرى عند تمكني من دخول البرنامج.
بصورة عامة البرنامج يحتاج مراجعة حقيقية لتحديد كل المشاكل واصلاحها بالتحديث القادم للبرنامج.
