It reset my password as requested and then told me I can’t use an app to login and that I need to use the website.
GREAT ONLINE PLATFORM
Recently I registered with Fibodo to help grow my business and to make life easier with taking bookings, as I am currently preparing to re-open my studio on 25/07/2020, after the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
As my business was hit very hard, being able to utilise a professional looking platform that is not only reasonably priced but is user friendly is paramount for me.
Although it’s early days, it’s a total thumbs up for FIbodo, as the support received when setting up my account was second to none. The account manager who dealt with my queries “ Leslie Clarke” was truly amazing and I can’t thank him enough for the support provided . He has made the process of me promoting my sessions online very easy and accessible for all new and existing clients.
This app for me has made life much easier, as I can see all booking whilst i’m on the go, which enables me to keep connected with all clients in real time.
Thank you Fibodo for creating a reasonably priced platform that enable businesses to push their brands further, as this app is simple enough to use even for those of use who are not so tech savvy individual.
