App keeps disconnecting
At first the camera was amazing the functions the video the quality everything but now I can see why people are giving this app and the company bad reviews the app won’t respond to the camera anymore it’ll load everything just fine until you want to enter the DVR/dashcam and download a video then it just disconnects I will not be purchasing another one of these cameras again and will be upgrading to a name brand it’s really too bad because I thought it was a great start and wouldn’t have to get another camera but it seem like I’m going to have to

Malfunction
I have had this account with them for about a year, every other time I enter the app I have to log in, even though I set it to save the password. Now I can't connect to the camera, I deleted and downloaded the app again, when I log in it tells me that the account doesn't exist, when I register a new account, with the same email, it tells me that the account exists

Great, an update
I once lost my keys when they fell out off my lap. Thanks to the GPS logging and the quality sound I could hear when they fell out and drive back FOURTY MILES! Wow.

Will not open
The Ficam App has stopped operating. It will not open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still nothing. All suggestions from the internet do not fix the problem.
