The app needs work
It’s the only app I use that makes me hunt for the password in the iOS password vault. Other apps have me enter my unlock code and they have the pw. With this one I enter the unlock code and then I have to hunt for Fidelis in the (long) list of saved passwords.
Today the app asked for feedback. After entering this comment into the microscopic window, it refused to accept the feedback telling me only that it could use alphanumeric characters and some punctuation from a short list. (Removing the message before you can thoroughly read it) I saw ? wasn’t there, so I removed it from a rhetorical question. Still no good. Apostrophe isn’t allowed, so I fixed the “it’s”. Still no good. I gave up trying to give feedback in the microscopic box on my phone. The do not seem like they are ready for that.
I like Fidelis, but the app makes me frustrated.

Ave María, Virgo Fidelis! Part 2
Thanks be to God for this well working and ordered app! My favorite feature is the Mobile Check Deposit. They have continued to improve and maintain the app. This is an update of my review from what I think is over a year ago (as of today 2-27-24 A.D.).

Wonderful business
We have used Fidelis for many years. There have employees who have been with them for many years. The employees are knowledgeable and honest. We have a car loan with them and they lowered our interest rate on our existing loan when they advertised a lower rate. Wonderful to have honest relationships with a banking business.

App is worth the download
I have been going to this bank for my whole life and think the staff are excellent, the app is ok. A little glitchy but convenient when it works.
Dependable service
Excellent service that is straight forward and gives me simple control over my finances.
Nice app, needs a few more tweaks
So far this app is really nice, but I’d like it to use Face ID automatically instead of having to tap the icon to authenticate. Also would be nice to add external accounts via the app. Otherwise, very well done.
Better than before
Nice format and easy to navigate now that I’m familiar with it. Two things though: 1. I would like to set a primary account rather than have to scroll through my kids accounts to get to mine. 2. The auto loan pop up every time 8 switch screens is super annoying. Once when I open the app, but not 10 times while I’m doing things with my account. That’s why I only gave 4 stars.
