Good concept bit wrong data
It's a great concept and we praise Fidelity for developing such a great toil to its brokers/agents/owners... The downside is that it has wrong data, on many of the properties shown. Understand it cannot be 100% accurate due, but wrong on so many properties I encountered is why am giving it a generous 2 star, which embarrasses people like me in front of our clients. Example of wrong data I see often is owner's name, an essential data. I have encountered it often, and on properties that did not change ownerships for over 5 years. Recommend developers to investigate and fix it, so to provide a higher stars and be able to really use it instead of being an app icon there.
